Official American Collegiate Rowing Association volunteer shirts will be available at Volunteer
check-in the day of the event. Please come prepared to change into this official shirt!
The temperature can get very hot on the water in the summer, so please remember to hydrate
yourself as much as possible and wear sunscreen!
VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN:
Volunteer check-in will be located in the Chesapeake Boathouse front lobby.
All volunteers must check in prior to their shift in order for their volunteer hours
to be included in the volunteer recognition program.
If you are unable to fulfill your shift, please contact Mary Jo Hope at the Chesapeake Boathouse as soon as
possible to help ensure the shift if covered.
MEAL VOUCHERS:
Meal vouchers will be provided at Volunteer check-in for all volunteers.
